Comfort and elegance

Our 100 rooms are warm and welcoming, furnished with an eye to comfort and elegance. 70 are spread over cottages, villas and 30 in our modern Annexe with deluxe and premium rooms.

We have Standard Deluxe en suite rooms facing the pool. Oh yes, we have two pools. Standard rooms are our lowest priced offering bed and breakfast. All amenities are chargeable. Our guests can select the specific amenities they need. We have 44 deluxe rooms.

Our cottages 17 in all are in great demand built in the Indo-Portuguese style with tiled roof, a balcao or verandah that is typical of all Goan traditional houses. Cane armchairs are provided where you can sit with a chilled beer, or strum a guitar, or just be in the moment letting the Goan experience settle gently round your soul. All amenities in the cottages are chargeable.

Our 12 Premium rooms are large, elegant and airy with a bedroom, a lounging area and a balcony where you can relax and look at the sea. Each Premium room has a connecting door to cater to large families or group bookings. Premium rooms have amenities like airconditioning, refrigerator and television.
